AACF.org, hippest place on the planet

Well AACF (Asian American Christian Fellowship) has a newly designed homepage. It’s been awhile, but it does look nice. My props out to the person who worked on it. Included in the new page design, they decided to go with some YaBB forums, cool! They can be found here. It’ll prolly be one of my new daily hang outs as well, but it looks like it’s slow. Maybe this will spread the word. =)

Chris Tomlin, “Not To Us”

Chris Tomlin’s new album comes out September 10th, 2002, and it’s entitled “Not To Us”. I got a pre-release copy from work with just 5 songs on it, but it sounds pretty great. As I played the CD twice in the store last night (when I first got it) two people asked about it already! haha. So looks like it’ll be a great CD. People liked Chris’ voice a lot, so I’m sure people will be asking about him a lot, if any of them get some airplay (supposedly I read the song “Enough” be released to the radio markets fairly soon).

Anyways, I have here a e-card which can be downloaded, and also sent to other people which features some info on the new cd, as well as plays some good music from it. =) Enjoy!

Oh, and BTW: The versions of “Enough” and “Famous One” sound pretty different from the ones off the “Our Love is Loud” CD, which is pretty cool. Usually they sound bland and the same as the live versions, but they changed it up a lot, which is really neat. =) Also, I say it here first, but the song “Wonderful Maker” will be the next “song” if ya know what I’m talking about. The next “Shout to the Lord” or “Heart of Worship” or what not. It’s co-written by Chris Tomlin and Matt Redman, so best of both worlds. =)

Oh, and on a side note, I hope I don’t see Matt Redman in awhile. After watching the Patriot with Mel Gibson, I almost feeling slapping anyone British I see, hahahaha. Ok, maybe not, but man, that one guy pissed me off.

Billy Jean is Not My Lover

Those who have seen Men In Black II know Michael Jackson appears in a creepy cameo role. Jackson had turned down a part in the original, but after watching it he was strangely moved to tears and called director Barry Sonnenfeld and asked for a part in the sequel. Sonnenfeld said: “Fifteen months into shooting Men In Black II I got a message saying Michael Jackson really wanted to be in it. I had a lovely conversation with Michael in which he told me he had seen the first Men In Black in Paris and had stayed when all the other people left the theatre and sat there and wept. I had to explain to him that it was a comedy”

Got that from RelevantMagazine.com, a daily read! =) Check it out.

Everything

And how can I stand here with You
And not be moved by You
Would You tell me how could it be
Any better than this

Cause You’re all I want, all I need
You’re everything, everything
You’re all I want, all I need
You’re everything, everything

Hot Like A Hog’s Behind

It’s been swealtering!! Like 99 degrees the whole week (today it was about 92 degrees I think in San Jose), but man, it’s crazy! I’m happy to have a fan here with me to cool the heat.

I’m busy trying to work on some templates for my webpage and having fun with that. lalalla. It’s interesting to get back into trying to make a web page. I have some design ideas, but not everything is set in stone yet, and I’m gonna have to try hard to make the graphics, haha. I wish I had a digital camera that I could take random pictures with. It would be so fun, and I could add so much stuff to my web page. Anywho, just a thought.
